Bang & Olufsen eStore purchases will include appropriate sales tax based on the ship-to location and the sales tax rate in effect. If the sales tax rate for the state to which your order is being shipped changes before the product is shipped, the new tax rate in effect at the time of shipment will apply.
Shipping
Our shipments contain valuable equipment. If you will not be at the shipping address to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available to accept your package. Please note that we are not able to adjust the shipping address once an order has been processed. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.

Bang & Olufsen uses Price Banded Shipping Rates to handle the shipping of its online shopbangolufsen.com orders.
We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address.
It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order.
When you select One-Day or Two-Day Shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.
At this time Bang & Olufsen ships within the United States only.
