Return Policy
We are proud of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. All Bang & Olufsen products carry a three year international manufacturer's warranty. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase for any reason, we will gladly provide a refund. You may return unused merchandise within 30 days of the original shipped date for a prompt refund. You will be refunded for the merchandise total, plus any applicable sales tax paid. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please allow 14 business for your return to be processed and 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to show up on your credit card statement. Returned items are examined and depending on the condition the item is returned in, you may be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please be advised that if you return any part of your order and that order was part of a promotion, your refund may be reduced.To ensure proper credit/refund, please return your unused merchandise by following the instructions below.

Return Instructions
1. Go to 'My Account' and from the drop down menu select 'Orders Placed in the Last 6 Months' and select 'Go'.
2. Sign into Your Account.
3. Locate the order you wish to return and select 'View Order' button.
4. Locate the item you wish to return and select 'Return an Item' button.
5. Follow the direction on the following screen and ship via insured and prepaid to the address on the paperwork. Keep the tracking information for this return in a safe location.

Returning Damaged Merchandise Purchased Online
Merchandise that is damaged in transit may be returned following the same instructions as a regular return as long as you are within 30 days of the original shipped date. If you have merchandise that is defective and you are within your 30 days of the original shipped date, please email our customer care center for a replacement at USshop@bang-olufsen.com or call 800-971-1255. If you have merchandise that is defective and you are outside the 30 days from the date of original shipped date, please contact an authorized Bang & Olufsen retailer for a warranty resolution. Please be sure that you provide proof of purchase for the retailer in order to ensure satisfactory assistance.
